Northern New Jersey St Patricks Day Parades and Irish Events
Nutley, NJ – Parade
Saturday, March 2nd, at 1:00 PM.
Parade events begin at 10:00 AM with an Irish Memorial Mass at St. Mary's Church, Nutley, NJ. The parade steps off The route is from Holy Family Church down Harrison Street to Franklin Avenue, ending at Chestnut Street. Join in afterwards for the post parade party to be held at the Knights of Columbus on Chestnut Street.
Morristown, NJ – Parade
Saturday, March 9th, at 12:00 Noon
The day begins with Mass at 10:00am at the Church of the Assumption, off Maple Avenue in Morristown. at the corner of South Street and James Street. The parade route is South Street to Atno Avenue. There will be about 20 bands with about 50,000 in attendance either in the parade or as spectators.

This year's Grand Marshall is Dr. Barbara Lewthwaite, President of Centenary College. The parade route will begin in front of Bea McNally's Irish Pub and Eatery (Washington Street and Grand Avenue) marching towards Main Street making a right handed turn eastwards towards Mountain Avenue (AKA State Hwy 182) the route continues down Mountain Avenue until the gates of the Union Cemetery across from Quick Chek. 0.00 am. The parade will line up on the corner of Valentine Street & Grand Avenue and march down Grand Avenue and then onto Main Street, ending at Warren Street behind David's Country Inn. Dinner at Marleys Tavern Right After.

A pre-parade show is typically held weather permitting at 1:00 P.M. and will feature Irish Dancing exhibitions, and will be located in front of the Review Stand at the corner of Main Street and Doughty Avenue.
